GDToday app is developed and operated by Nanfang News Network of Nanfang Media Group (the technology development service is provided by Guangdong Southcn.com Information & Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary company of Nanfang News Network). GDToday is an authoritative information release platform for Guangdong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is an important information platform to showcase Guangdong to the outside world, and provide information about services for foreigners who come to Guangdong for vacation, work, or relocation. GDToday promotes Lingnan culture and assists Guangdong companies to go global. The GDToday App Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the policy) will help you understand the following content. This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services of GDToday, including the GDToday app you use and its website (gdtoday.newsgd.com), the Nanfang News Network website (southcn.com) and the technical services we provide to you.

1. When you register a GDToday account to obtain our services, you will fill in the nickname, mobile phone number, region, gender, and other information as required.
2. When you upload a profile photo, we will obtain your explicit consent before requesting access to your device's photo album or camera. Depending on your selection, we may request read/write permissions for your photo album or camera access to facilitate the image upload process.
3. In order to make our services operate normally to ensure ease of use, improve and optimize your user experience, and confirm your account security, we will collect your device model, operating system version number, unique device identifier (Android ID identifier for vendors (IDFV)), login IP address, app program's version number, APP wake-up source (collect from clipboard), network access mode, type and status, network quality data, device MAC address, device sensor information, application installation list, operation logs, service logs (such as service failures and information shared with third-party social media, etc.), which are basic forms of information that must be collected to provide our services.
4. You should understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:
(1) The keywords you enter when using the search engine we provide.
(2) The relevant content collected by this application that you have publicly released, including but not limited to the submission of articles or live-streaming interactions.
(3) Violations of laws and regulations or the rules of this application and the measures that this application has taken against you.
III. How We Collect Information
1. We collect your information through your active submission and the corresponding records generated during your use of our services, for example, your wake-up source information will be recorded through the clipboard when you launch GDToday App through the page shared in the social media.
2. We may collect and use your information through cookies and other related technologies, and the specific purposes of using cookies include:
(1) Remember your identity. For example, cookies help us identify you as our registered user.
(2) Analyze your use of our services in order to provide you with better services, including user page customization, content display, and other services.

IV. Use of Information

4. Some services need to be provided to you by us and our partners, such as social sharing, etc. For this purpose, we will integrate our partners' software development kit (referred to as SDK) or other similar applications. We will conduct strict security tests on the SDK or other similar applications and require partners to take strict measures to protect your personal data. 5. 3. We use various security technologies to ensure the security of information. For example, we will prevent information leakage, damage, and loss through security measures, such as server multiple backups and password encryption.
4. We establish strict management systems and processes to ensure the security of information. For example, we strictly limit the scope of people who have access to information and conduct audits that require them to comply with confidentiality obligations.
5. We attach importance to information security compliance and have passed many international and domestic security certifications, such as network security graded protection certification, etc. to fully protect your information security with industry-leading solutions.

VIII. Access and Control
1. You can access, modify, and delete your information in the process of using our services. How you access, modify, and delete information will depend on the specific service you use.
2. In the event you find that we collect and use your information in violation of laws and regulations, or the agreement between the two parties, you can request deletion from us. In the event you find that the information we collect and store is incorrect and cannot be corrected by yourself, you can also ask us for a correction from us.

八、访问与控制
1.您可以在使用我们服务的过程中，访问、修改和删除您的相关信息。您访问、修改和删除信息的方式将取决于您使用的具体服务。
